I’ve been doing this for over 6 months and it’s an excellent way of learning self defence and keeping fit. You can go at your own pace when needed but you can also progress technically when you feel ready. Sessions are delivered Brilliantly by a very knowledgeable instructor. Drills at the end of sessions are killers but no pain no gain. Highly recommended for any age/gender. Have a go you won’t regret it. More...

I was nervous before I attended my first class and as I was the only woman I was wondering if I'd made the right decision. I absolutely loved it! I fell over, I got a bit of a smack round the earhole but I enjoyed every minute. I joined immediately following my free lesson and look forward to Wednesday coming around to go again.
