John has done a storage unit for my study. He was very helpful in advising on various options. He provided the design in advance so I could see what the unit would look like externally and internally and ensure it met my needs. John promptly answered all my queries and kept me up to date with progress while the unit was being prepared. John was very considerate when he came to install the unit and cleaned after he finished. The storage unit was exactly what it looked like in the design and it is very beautiful. It was delivered on time and for the agreed price. John is also very flexible and accommodating, for example, he agreed to make some alterations to a wardrobe that otherwise I'd have had to get rid of, I don't think this is the kind of thing he normally does, but I was very grateful he agreed to do it. I have just had a consultation with John on a new project, and he has been incredibly professional and helpful. I want to get an ordinary piece of furniture converted into a specialist item for creatively supporting percussion instruments, and sought John’s expertise. He is also an excellent musician, and so understood and explained the physical needs of the instruments, in terms of stability, performance and acoustics. He listened to my ideas, and offered clear suggestions on how the materials can be worked with, in order to realise a pleasing and practical solution.
