I took Kourtney's outdoor full body fitness class over the summer. Each class had a variety of strength training and cardio, which kept it fun and interesting. It was just challenging enough to improve my fitness without it being overwhelming. She was very encouraging and offered advice to other attendees to help customize what areas they wanted to work on. I have been working with Kourtney for more than a year now and am officially and hopelessly addicted! She comes to my house every week (a big plus when you are a stay-at-home mom of 3) and brings a variety of workouts and an inspiring presence. Even on my laziest days, she somehow motivates me to do my workout and do my best. I always feel great that I managed to do something for myself and for my body. Last year I made significant strides in both weight loss and fitness thanks to Kourtney's programs and support with changing my eating habits.
