It is one of the fastest industry, driven by technology and innovation. We are going to implement disruptive outsourcing model, artificial intelligence and expand our cloud computing services in order to tackle these challenges that come along with the outsourcing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like every single company we too have faced a lot of competition. We were aware of the fact that even if we are able to find a niche for ourselves, it won't be long before others come trudging up the hill looking for the spot near ours to embed their own. Others always look towards carving a piece out for themselves, if your market is profitable. It's that simple. This made us act, to convert an idea into a business opportunity.
Roughly we followed the following steps to reach where we are today:
• We figured out what problem to solve
• Looked for target market/audience
• Found some seasoned entrepreneurs and sparked conversation with them.
• Created a financial model to verify our projections. This helped us examine the size of the market and determine the goals required to reach to turn into profit. With all financial models set, we started with planning, got our ideas out, mapped out our missions, objectives, keys to success, target market, competitive advantage, and basic strategies.
• We figured out the source of capital.
• Built MVP (Minimal viable product) – that provides the feedback required before putting our idea on the market.
Our journey to building a sustainable business wasn’t like most processes, as there is no guarantee for success. But we adopted our idea and kept waiting till it worked.
