Konnie's Piano Tuition

Determined to learn to play the piano I bought one in 2013. I needed a local teacher, and found Konnie’s Piano Tuition on the web. I have been with her ever since (7 years). She has all the attributes of a wonderful teacher, kind, polite, painstaking in her explanations, and very patient - essential quality in teaching. She does not push you to learn or hold you back, you are learning at your pace. I think she understands that it is important to feel comfortable whilst learning. She is also very considerate to our needs, and will adjust lesson times when necessary. Her studio is immaculate, clean, bright and comfortable. She also has a beautiful piano, which as students I think we are lucky to learn on. In short it is a joy to learn to play the piano with Konnie. Having lessons with Konnie has been very rewarding and enjoyable! I always look forward to learning new pieces which I get to be able to play myself! Konnie is always super encouraging and patient so I feel supported in every lesson to do my best. I was able to pass grade 8 piano with distinction because of this and am now also studying music at university.
