We contacted Koller Cleaning service with somewhat of an emergency situation. We needed help cleaning my sister in law’s home while she recuperates from an unexpected surgery. They were extremely responsive and had a team out in less than a week from when we contacted them. The team assigned to our project did an outstanding job! They even cleaned inside the fridge and microwave. They showed up on time and worked diligently the entire time they were there. They were not only on time, they were early, they stayed til the job was done and worked so hard. They were able to clean things I had worked days, even weeks on. My grandma's home has not been cleaned in years ( 3 years to be exact ). She stays organized and tidy but the house was full of dust, she never changes the linens after guests stay there ( eww ), and she basically calls her recliner ♡homesweethome♡. She has adopted a sort of snowbird lifestyle and when she is gone, family is not visiting her, so anyone that would come over to help her clean isn't doing so for 4-5 months out of the year. I did hardcore Google research and found Koller Cleaning Home Service. I live in Sarasota so I needed someone reputable and reliable to send to my grandma's house because she has watched one too many Lifetime Movies ( and thinks everyone is coming over to try to peep in her windows or murder her ).I had a nice long chat with the owner ( so kind, efficient, and takes pride in her business). I explained that I wanted 2 good cleans each year in October ( returns to Florida ) & March/April ( after everyone leaves from Winter break/Spring break visits ) and maybe a few quickies here and there. She was very upfront about the cost, how long it would take to clean based on the size of the home, how many ppl it would take to clean, and the exact cost...and it was exactly that. The cleaning took 5.15 hrs and my grandma told me her house is flawless!!! She said they dusted the can lights...she says " I have lived hear for 15 years and I have never dusted those"....smh ( shaking my head). Of course they went above and beyond and did the tops of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fan's, every wall picture and picture frame, toilets, vacuuming, mopping, etc, etc, etc...and changed all the linens on the beds ( as I requested, so thank you Koller so I dont have to sleep on sheets my family and granny friends have slept on ). My grandma complains about everything...and everyone...except Koller Cleaning Home Service...so that in itself is more than 5 star's+++ More...

We recently purchased a home in S. Tampa. The former owner left the place a mess - burnt food on the bottom of the oven, and the ceiling fans were covered with a layer of grime. And don't get me started about the tubs... Luckily, Koller was there for us when we needed them! A crew of 3 lovely ladies whipped the place into the shape that it should have been in when we took possession of it. We'll start moving in tomorrow, and couldn't be more grateful to Koller. They were flexible with scheduling (we were working around other contractors who needed to get work done), and did a great job! We plan to use them again to do the move out cleaning of the house we'll be leaving in S. Tampa in a another month. Highly recommended! More...

First time deep clean... and will not be the last! Very prompt at returning emails, quick quotes, and easy payment via emailed invoices which is a big plus for me. We have 3 large dogs and 1 cat so the house gets very dusty very quickly and I just could not keep up.Both ladies did an amazing job and when I got home from training, they were finishing up. The house looked amazing like when we first bought it and were 3 animals less at that time. It smelled so clean, looked amazing and I was so happy. They were respectful of my home, friendly to my snake and wasted no time getting the job done. This is the professional cleaner, not just a "Maid".
