Initially had an alarm fitted by Kodit, who are a professional outfit but also a really nice family owned and run company. After a good first experience, had no hesitation in enquiring about CCTV and gate automation from them. They answered all my questions, nothing seemed too much, even customising certain aspects of the job. What inspired you to start your own business?
I WAS WORKING FOR A LARGE CORPORATION IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY AND THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR. UNFORTUNATELY THIS WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL SO I COULD DO VERY LITTLE ABOUT IT WHICH MADE ME AND MY CUSTOMERS UN-HAPPY.
I KNEW THAT I COULD GIVE A BETTER SERVICE AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE IF I SET UP MY OWN COMPANY.
