What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The questions we ask are usually specific to each project. Here are some examples of questions we might ask:
for Ecommerce
- How big is your product catalogue? We can recommend the best platform for you (Magento 2, Craft Commerce or WooCommerce)
- What integrations do you need? We can connect programmes such as warehouse management, accountancy software, courier extensions and much more!
- What is your goal? Do you sell purely online, do you want people to visit your showroom or commission a bespoke product?
For app development:
- What size is the project? How many pages do you need and how much functionality is on each page?
- What connections do you need? are there integrations with eCommerce or data feeds?
- How quickly do you need the app? This can also have an effect on cost.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Rob, our founder, was being asked to take on technical and eCommerce projects before the business was even started so that was a big factor! Our aim is to make an agency which we would like to work with ourselves. We want to be honest, friendly and become a part of the team with our clients.
