I came Monday without an appointment and was greeted kindly while also out in 30 minutes although I'd recommend an apt. The woman who did the fingerprints was very knowledgable and helpful even going so far as to ask if I needed an apostille. Would strongly recommend.Showed up at 3:30 on Friday 6/15 to a closed door and no answer to calls when I had called earlier to make sure they were open.
