What’s your signature dish?
our signature dish is our chicken curry & rice we get lots of compliments from our clients ,great taste and value for money . All our food is made with fresh local ingredients and presented to a high standard .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
we have listened to our customers requests over the last nine years & have created our current menu & we like to keep up with current trends in buffet food . We can easily adapt our menu to special requests & for guests with food allergies
What do you love most about your job?
I feel very lucky having this job helping customers plan there special celebrations and going the extra mile especially when doing catering for funeral tributes
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the party business for sixteen years and i was inspired to go into catering to give my customers a full party package were they could trust me to give a high standard of food , balloons , banners at a very competitive price .

I am a hard working person who pays great attention to detail . I love my job and i especially love cooking , i am artistic and very creative . I have lots of clients who use me time after time because they are very pleased with the quality, presentation & price of our buffets
