Great job and very easy to deal with and would definitely use Knights electrical services again.

Wall mounted TV was done and shelving was put up up no complaints about the work.

Then I wanted two wall stud bolts attached to outside wall.

An error was made as happens as the seals were stuck inside, I was promised he would come back when in the area? 10 days or so.

Not a problem I said can wait, days passed nothing, was told he was waiting on another job in the area. Time passed, then called him yesterday and today no answer back? No excuse for not getting back to finish the job, but I believe he has bigger jobs paying more, but honour the ones you have already started.

I will get job done myself I can afford to lose 10 pounds. More...

To clarify, this additonal work was not part of the original job spec and one of the client supplied wall bolts was defective. I’m sorry you are not pleased with the outcome but the cost to return would have been prohibitive and therefore has to be addressed on the basis of work manifesting nearby. We did make this very clear at the time and you seem to acknowledge this.
