Had a flat battery sorted out today. Really quick service, great communication and just all round easy which was great during a stressful time when I had two kids with me trying to check out of our hotel. Employee was really helpful and knowledgeable. My engine died and car was stuck in Park position (automatic), normally it is not possible to switch to any other position without engine running. Fuel leak coming from my car as I was driving and was in a very busy area. Called Knights and within minutes got a callback to give me an ETA and driver arrived as promised. Towed the car to a local garage and repair was carried out within the hour. I have never experienced service like it and genuinely can’t recommend anyone highly enough should you ever have a breakdown. Save the number as you will need it. Had great banter with the driver and the garage whilst the car was being repaired. Wow, sounds weird but it wasn't urgent and I told them whenever but they were round inside of 90 minutes. Then the guy who was very nice, had a go at trying to fix it anyway and actually got it started! Agreed it needed a service anyway so continued with the tow but I'll be coming back to these guys, exceeded expectations on a number of aspects and same for the price. More...

After dodging an idiot driver, causing my tire to burst, I panicked as I was stuck on a really busy road and called this company for help. They were honestly super quick and so kind to me! The recovery driver (whose name I didn’t get) even helped me with giving all the details over to Kwick Fit so I wouldn’t have to worry and the tire was replaced in no time at all! My car was broken in to whilst I was at work so I needed a towing company after 7. I called Knights and they came within 30 minutes of my call.
