It’s been a pleasure to work with Laura Knight over the last year; Laura has organised all of the tenant & public events held at HERE, Bristol, and with great success. Our tenants have enjoyed the events arranged for them and the public events have been very successful, with our recent Christmas Market seeing over 1400 attendees throughout the day! We have been really impressed with Laura’s ability to get things done seamlessly & efficiently with her usual enthusiasm & flair. I work with several fabulous chefs, with many different styles of cuisine. This means I can create your ideal menu just for you.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
With several years of experience working with an exceptional event caterer, I am very used to working with clients to discover the foods that tantalise their taste buds. I then combine these personal preferences with their event specification to come up with the perfect celebratory menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always been passionate about the event industry, especially in promoting the amazing services and products of exceptional suppliers & performers that surround us and combining this into memories that my clients and their guests will cherish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to create events that allow me to combine alluring revelry, enticing treats and amazing service!
