We wanted someone who could put their "fabulous" eye on what we have, what we need, and the aesthetic we were going for , all the while keeping in mind our budget and our family style, and the heirlooms we need in our lives , someone who could be thrifty, creative, "know our family" and have a real sense of style that relates to us along with suggestions as to how we could improve our space.

Someone who would ask us lots of questions, who would not be pushy to sell things we can't afford and who would present several alternatives over a single (expensive) plan, who could find things we already own to be things she could work with!

Your use of mood boards, sketches and photoshopping to illustrate your suggestions, together with your good sense of humour, has made working with you a real pleasure and our new home is testament to your skills.

I have been absolutely delighted with the service I received from Knight Design . The brief was to create a living space that connected the old and the new part of my home. Liz designed the interiors for my home in 2007. And I still love what she did today. Liz took the time to get to know our family, what we liked and more importantly what we didn't like. Knight Design designed our lounge, dining room, master bedroom and hallway for us 6 years ago. They understood our brief really well, and we absolutely loved the result. And after 6 years of living with it, we still loved it and still got so many compliments, because they picked contemporary pieces yet they were timeless. Style lasts! When we moved house, we took as much of their work with us as we could, and it looks beautiful in our new home. TImeless and portable!
