What look and feel of the website are you looking and what do you need going into it?

Content and good quality hi-resolution photographs - perhaps even a site map?

Everything from flyers, brochures, stationery and posters

From initial brief I usually come up with visual to make sure you're satisfied with the look and feel of the project then straight through to artwork

If it's a print based project then I would normally ask for all the relevant information including text/graphics/photos. Photos usually need to be high quality usually 300dpi. Anything web based I normally require the relevant copy and pictures that need to be included and also an idea on the size of the site how many pages etc ideally a site map

The creative process and the satisfaction you've completed the brief to the clients needs

Being able to control the whole process from start to the finished prduct

I like to think I give a personal service and not just a faceless company. Most of my clients I have had for years because they know how I work and I normally know what they want from a project and I'm always at the end of the phone even if it's for an informal chat. I offer a competitive service which usually beats high-street prices.
