K&M builders have done several jobs in rental properties in and around Cornwall for me. In every case they have provided a reasonable and detailed quotation and the work has been carried out to a high standard. There was a particularly challenging job in Crantock in a tall house with difficult access to the roof. A lead valley that ran the depth of the roof had perished and needed to be replaced. The lead work was carried out to a high standard and the ceiling below which had collapsed because of the water ingress was completely and neatly replaced and decorated.
