So professional and that’s so hard to find these days! Came in and slammed our water break disaster! Got it dried out with lots of machines, they checked them regularly and the moisture levels. He could recommend moving people and contractors and anything we needed. They knew all the stuff to look for and helped me see things I couldn’t. Good thing as this is my first water break and I didn’t know all the problems and unseen issues. Thanks Louis and your team! I very recently moved into Brandywine Apartments and they had Klean Restoration come out and power wash my balcony. I'm guessing it was forgotten or missed just after the last person moved out. Anyway the gentleman that did the job was kind, polite, quick but so so very thorough. He even did extra work by cleaning up my two chairs and a table that wear out there. I called for an estimate! They were out in an hour. Their amount was far less than the gougers I had previously called. That told me they are honest! We made an appointment and they were on time and completed the work beautifully and within 3 hrs! I thought it would take two days!! I could not be happier!!
