Kevin & Barrett (hopefully I spelt it right) was very helpful at fixing my central air. My A/C was down for about 14 years and on Friday I gave his company a call & all I said was my A/C wasn’t working. He ask me to send him the address and the rest was history. He didn’t even know the A/C was down for 14 years. I shared that information after the job was done. This guy knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this company. He came into my home and felt like he couldn’t leave until my A/C was working. You can’t go wrong with him. He will be the only person that I call for similar issues. If this had ten stars he would definitely get it. Very professional and he breaks it down so you can understand the issue. Last week, I had a horrible experience with a previous repairman who broke my thermostat during a rushed fall maintance cleaning. I heard when he broke it, but he taped my thermostat up with electric tape without telling me and was in and out of the house before I could blink. Afterwards, my heat would not stay on for more than 5 minutes and when I called him about it, he became beligerent. Not one to waste my time or my energy on bad service, I called KLC to replace the thermostat with a newly purchased unit. Kevin was very responsive, professional and punctual. He replaced the thermostat in a fair amount of time and was reasonably priced. However, we noticed the heat still wouldn't stay on long enough to warm the house. Kevin came back out today to further inspect the furnace and it turned out our control was worn out. He was even patient enough to wait for me to get home in this snow and maintained his pleasant demeanor. He replaced the control with a new part and waited some time to make sure the unit was working properly. Our heat has been running normally since. My floral refrigerator was out of service for three days and I had gotten tired of hearing excuses from usual repair Guy. Kevin was referred to us by a friend . It was one of the best referrals I think I’ve ever gotten. He was very pleasant on the ph even though he was very busy on another job. He told me he couldn’t come right away but after the job he was on he would come and at least to try and figure out what was wrong. When he arrived he checked out the details and swiftly told me what the issue was. He told me that he would return the next day at 10 AM with the part. He told me he couldn’t come right away but after the job he was on he would come and at least to try and figure out. He told me it needs a part and then he can return the next day at 10 AM with the part. He called me earlier than expected and ask me if I was at the shop so he could come early and fix it. He not only fixed it promptly but he waited for the temperature to adjust properly before leaving.
