I started working with Kaley about 4 months ago and my life has been changed for the better! All of her workouts are so fun and don't feel like the typical workouts most people dread. She is super high energy and one of the most positive, caring, loving and SUPER fun trainer to work with. Not sure where she gets the energy from, but it really is her passion and naturally in her. Balancing fun and effectiveness in workouts can be a challenge. Kaley at KJ’s Transformation Fitness meets and exceeds that challenge. I’ve only been working out for 2 months, and already find myself planning my week around Kaley’s classes. Working out has become something I look forward to, instead of dreading. Each session is dynamic and fast-paced, making the time fly. My daughter and I go Wednesday mornings and love it. I don't have to drag her (..or myself) there as we look forward to going. I'm amazed at Kaley's ability to instruct a class while keeping little ones busy running around.
Kaley is a fantastic trainer. The workouts are great, I enjoy the fact it's different every week and there is so much variety. I love leaving a workout feeling like I've accomplished something//have actually worked out and I feel that way leaving every session.

I have been doing Kaley's Mommy & Baby classes since early spring!
I love that I am able to bring my child(ren) to the classes. I also love that I'm able to maximize their awake time by getting myself a workout in when they are awake and playing. Then, we have nap at home and I still get some 'me-time'!
I have seen really great results from working out with Kaley. I love that she prioritizes being outdoors, core workouts, baby's needs and personal goals. She gets to know you and it shows!

I can't believe I found my perfect personal trainer! I am an outdoorsy person and love to be really challenged in my workouts - KJ Transformation Fitness introduced me to workouts where I can have both - the enjoyment of being outside - while getting a kick butt workout!! I started Kaley's classes after giving birth to my 2nd child, a short 6 weeks post-delivery. Kaley guided me through safe exercises as I rebuilt my strength. After only 7 weeks, I have more energy and I am seeing obvious results.
I really enjoy the variety (and creativity) of exercises, from week to week, and through the various classes. I truly feel I get a full body workout each time. I also enjoy that I can attend to my little one without feeling that I am disturbing the class, and can incorporate him in various ways through my workout, whether awake or asleep Not to mention the great moms I get to meet and motivate me!
