Responded to my message left through the website within a couple of hours, came to look at the problem lock the next day (bang on time). Really friendly and helpful - sorted the issue quickly so offered to have look at our back and French doors. Dealt with a couple of niggles that we had just been putting up with.
He also kindly advised how to manage the issue ourselves if it reoccurred.
