The restaurant is well appointed and in a great location - literally right on the beach. The menu is reasonable if a little unadventurous but the friendly service more than makes up for it. There's a fantastic outside area overlooking the ocean, although it can be a bit uncomfortable on a hot day - so consider a table inside where there air conditioning if it's very warm and sunny.
