It's a real shame that this company let themselves down so badly, particularly with their non existent 'aftercare'.
The 'consultation' period was somewhat chaotic which really wasn't ideal given we hadn't ever designed / fitted a kitchen before.
We felt quite alone and not supported at all throughout the process which was daunting when making big decisions.
Roll on 1 year later and we started to see signs of the bottom of the kickboards and fixed panels starting to swell and split looking unsightly. We also found that the panels had been installed with the cut end meeting the floor (floors get wet) and the sealed end meeting the worktop (surely the wrong way around!), Roger did try to say that this wasn't the issue as the paint that the panels come in isn't water proof. If that was the case then surely wiping down the fronts of panels would with a damp cloth would also be an issue!
We confronted Roger the MD on numerous occasions about this and he did send out some replacement panels that weren't cut to size and which he refused to send his fitter out to replace for us! Instead Roger accused us of 'mopping the floor in the wrong way' eh? Sorry? We mop our floor much the same as anyone else with a damp mop which in our case is a modern looking thing that's almost dry!
Anyway we are still sat with the split panels (see the picture to get the jist) and Roger has now stopped communicating so we're having to take legal advice.
Such a great shame that they couldn't have sorted what would have been an easy job for them to resolve I guess as the kitchen (with our new found design skills ) looks great but is ruined by the panels splitting.
Be very careful if you're considering using them and maybe look for a company that won't leave you high and dry if anything goes wrong.
KW Kitchens have tried to completely shifted any blame for their incorrect fitting of our kitchen to the manufacturer however it's plain and simple that this an installation issue as they installed panels that were not sealed against water ingress which they take no responsibility for.

Roger listened to what we wanted from a kitchen and made suggestions so that we were able to achieve the kitchen we wanted at a price that was within our allocated budget. Danny attended one of the home visits and soon put our minds at rest that the installation would run smooth and that the end result would look superb - we were certainly not disappointed! Roger was extremely helpful attending at our home with a vast selection of brochures and samples of worktops, cupboards flooring splashbacks and appliances.
No hard sell he would only offer an opinion on which were better quality wise than others in order to assist in making choices.
Dan and Ian, the fitters were in a word brilliant. The project involved removing a very dated kitchen. Knocking out an internal wall, plastering ceiling and parts of the walls and then fiiting cupboards worktops and appliances. Every night they left the kitchen tidy not like a building site. They turned up every day , the whole job taking 8 working days. We were only without appliances ie cooker washing machine, dishwasher for 3 days. Standard of workmanship was absolutely first class. The new kitchen looks amazing and we are extremely happy.
A new kitchen is a major project in any home both from a financial and disruptive point of view. KW Kitchens did an amazing job and I would thoroughly recommend them. Well Done.

I contacted three prospective kitchen suppliers.
Roger came to initiate the design. Of the three he was the only one who grasped what we wanted and produced a plan.
He was both diligent and patient until we arrived at the final drawings.
Then Danny took over to fit the new kitchen. He was incredibly professional, prompt and completed the job on time without a problem.
We are delighted with the end result and have been complimented on the work by every visitor to our home.

Danny, the lead fitter, was experienced in all aspects of joinery, tiling, plumbing and electrics. Employed Roger and his fitters for re-modelling our kitchen, including fitting bespoke units, replacement doors and architraves, under-unit lights and new tiling. The work completed has been outstanding. The chief fitter Danny, ably assisted by Ian, did a superb job- as they took things apart prior to fitting several problems and issues with wiring and plumbing emerged, however Danny dealt with these with good humour and expertise. It was great to have a team with the skills to problem solve and find solutions; I am sure this would not have been the case with run of the mill fitters. Kitchen Wizard provided three excellent kitchens for us - one at our previous home, an upgrade for my sister in Sandbach and a complete new kitchen at our present home in Alsager.
Roger, the principal, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the design and specification stage - ensuring that the kitchen included the high standard of furniture and equipment that we wanted. Roger Newell, the principal made the initial visit, measured the kitchen and gave us a quote that was satisfactory. We were given a makeover date that met our needs. Roger then made an appointment to review the job in fine detail with his project manager, Dan. We were particularly impressed with Dan`s knowledge and when he started were especially impressed with his and the staff skills. .. This included major structural changes, as well as a complete kitchen and appliance re-fit. KW managed all aspects of the project, including demolition, building, joinery, electrics and plumbing.
