I want to say a massive thank you to Rachel after she did a fantastic job of the cake for my mums 60th birthday. I asked for a replica of a cake I’d seen online and she was more than happy to help out. She delivered it to the venue and set it up without any need of our help. She did a fantastic job, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about it! The flavour was simple but delicious, just as I had requested. I would thoroughly recommend her for an occasion cake. At very short notice Rachael produced a lovely wedding cake, topped with fresh flowers. It was very yummy and to be recommended.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy the initial discussion with my clients regarding what design they would like. It’s great to see words and ideas taking shape and coming to life. I also love putting the finishing touches on a cake and seeing my clients’ expressions when they see their cake :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of baking and a desire for a more flexible and balanced way of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take real pride in what I do and will never present any cake unless it is as perfect as it can be. I strive to work together with my clients to bring about a cake which is (hopefully) even better than they imagined. I will always try to give a personal and unique service to match the cakes I create.
