today I visited and had a wonderful mindfulness massage with therapist Serena who was truely great. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and found it one of the most wonderful ever. i have had a few massages before but this one was special as it helped me to focus on the moment and enjoy listening to my body and how the massage was affecting it. surely this is what massage is all about, relaxing, mediative time and restorative massage and easing of stress and worries. well done Serena. i have already shared the experience with my friends. and thank Angie for such a wonderful gift.
