Kings Estates

Had a bad expericene. they advertised with laundry facilities for my daughter and they took them away once she was renting the flat. now she has a leak in the apartment and the out of services did not come. luckily for the Estate agent the cealing did not fall down. the fire alarm at 1 Ayward Street keeps going off in the night, the estate agent keeps coming up with bad excuses. No what so ever service for these poor students who has to live in these flats under these circumstances. More...

Had a great service from the guys in the office. Showed us plenty of properties in short notice and sorted everything out for us with no hassle. definitely recommend to anyone. thank you all at Kings for making our first rental go smoothly. More...
