What’s your signature dish?
Slow cooked roast leg of lamb enfused with aromatic spices to being out the flavour of the meat which allows the meat to fall off the bone.

Networking with different people and trying to tickle everybodys taste buds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion for food, passion for flavour and being ny own boss.
