Kyle offers a variety of programs all tailored to your schedule and is always available if you need advice! Kyle has helped me improve physically but also mentally to push myself to lift heavier and get the results I’ve achieved so far! Have always felt safe and confident with him next to me, even when lifting my PB or going on a piece of equipment I’ve never used before! Kyle is a friendly, fun and seriously tough trainer. He knows his speciality and he is an absolute dream to train with. I swear a lot at Kyle in my sessions. After a leg session they feel like jelly and stairs are a challenge! However I get what I pay for, he pushes me and I am already feeling the benefits physically and mentally. Like the idea of this app so you can maximise what you do outside sessions. Kyle is a great personal trainer. He is helping me achieve my goals of lose weight and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my exercise lift progressively however weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. Kyle is a brilliant PT - I always feel like my sessions are tailored to reflect my goals, he totally understands what I want to achieve and I always leave feeling like I’ve worked hard, even in a short session. Kyle has been brilliant as a PT - as someone very new to the gym and exercise in general he has been able to not only explain everything easily, and help me gain confidence in my techniques and using machines, but he has also motivated me to achieve the best I can from sessions. 10/10 would recommend.

I have used a personal trainer once in the past and wasn’t impressed, so was a little wary of signing up with Kyle, but felt I was getting in a rut with my gym work. With Kyle’s background as a professional athlete I feel very confident in his knowledge and skills and I like the way he explains what the aim of each exercise is. He is very motivational in an encouraging way, not at all “shouty”, and pushes you to your limits, but not beyond them. Kyle is a very knowledgeable and personable trainer. I was stuck in a rut with exercising to keep fit and he has transformed my attitude and enthusiasm, which amazes me. His obvious knowledge and skill of his subject instills confidence when he requests you carry out certain exercises, which you do not really want to do.
