Unprofessional customer service. Beware of using their services with fake reviews.

At first sight I thought I was given a good deal, however after a little research and making a few developer friends I quickly realized that my website was just a simple wordpress theme that was installed, and filled with plugins.

I thought I would be given a custom built website, but that was not the case.

P.S. If you are an individual who requires support (when your website goes down), Kinex Media is not the right company to work with. They will just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I wouldn't count on the good reviews you see (as with every review, they can be bought and asked for).

I have been looking forward to writing this review since Dec, but I was not able to do it because I have been putting in the most extreme amount of work hours anyone could imagine.

My too-high expectations and critical eye kept me from finding a web design company to redesign my website. Finding the right company was a painful task because I own a prosperous business and my goal was to keep a professional standard both with the work I provide and with the feel and look of my website.

I got in touch with Kinex Media in April for a new ecommerce website for our company. Their team no doubt does good work, but I was really impressed by my account manager. He was truly wonderful. He was attentive to details, always returned emails and calls and was a big help to get all the project done on time.
