What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding experience about my job is customer satisfaction. Once an assignment is completed and we receive that positive boast of energy from a client about our performance, that's the single most rewarding achievement from an ownership standpoint.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer a better line of service in an industry I was familiar with. After serving as a security officer for five years with other agencies, I wanted to draw on my own experiences in private protection with an updated version of methods and technology.
