Kim is so easy to work with! I have worked with Kim for two years capturing seasonal family photos as our family has grown. My family is typically not very into smiling and taking photos but Kim is great with my kids and gets real life and natural photos of us all! I love her mini sessions, not only are they affordable but she picks out the best picts from our session so I don't have to got through all the photos, i just get 15 really great ones. Kim get the photos to us the following week, so fast. We have used other photographers in the past and although photos were ok the photographer was a nightmare to work with, and it took over a year to get the photos from them. It soured me on the whole photography industry. When we hired Kim it was night and day difference. she has people skills and is genuinely nice, easy to work with and listens to what we ask for. I have had to chances to be with Kim as a photographer first one was at my sisters wedding. She did an axing job. She was nice professional and down right awesome. Then we got the pictures and they we amazing. Second was with my husband and I she took us to a beautiful setting and did a great job. I have used Kimberly Ray Photography multiple times for family photos, my wedding and other occasions. I am beyond pleased every time! ! She's so comfortable to be around and friendly and fun and very creative. The only problem I have is deciding which picture to order because I love them and want them ALL. We couldn't have had a more laid back session. Our outdoor location was beautiful and Kim did an amazing job of capturing all of the fall colors! She is spontaneous, fun, and professional. Kim made our entire day so amazingly fun and comfortable and it reflects in all of our photos.. Your not going to find anyone better to capture a special moment, in my case my senior pictures, than this amazing lady! It was freezing cold when I had to take them but she kept me focused on getting my pictures done than me shivering!, she let me be me and kinda goof around :) She was patient and really captured my personality. Sessions are fun and don't seem like "work". She is very quick at editing and getting the photos to you in a timely manner.

If you are in need of a highly professional and talented photographer to capture your biggest day, Kimberly Ray Photography is it. From the first time we met Kimberly (and we had met a lot of other photographers in trying to choose ) we both left and said she was the one. Kim is very professional and has a passion and eye for the work she does. She spent time telling us about photography, what to look for, what was worth paying for, and what wasn't. She took time to get to know us and what we wanted, making appropriate recommendations through out. She showed us her work in many different ways so we could get a good idea. She was extremely reasonable on pricing for what we received, might I add as well. Kim did our engagement pictures, and while super nervous, she made us feel so at home and produced amazing photos for our save the dates and memories for a lifetime. She stayed in touch through the next 9 months, checking in when appropriate, and provided all items as described in her packages, along with a lot of personal touches. The day of the wedding, Kim could not have done anything better. She did so well at sticking to our timeline and getting all the special moments we wanted to capture. We did not do a first look and worried we would need two photographers. Kim did AMAZING and we are in love with the moments she captured for us. Both our families can be a little "all over the place", and Kim was so great at getting them in natural looking poses, and making sure everything was fun and seamless. As a bride, she made me feel beautiful and at ease with her. Our families were sad when her time with us the day of ended, and have not stopped talking about her amazing personality and work since. Kim delivered our photos much sooner that expected and gave us some sneak peeks to hold us over too. We really enjoyed working with Kimberly. I liked that she made me feel at ease. She worked with us from very early on (months in advance).
She's very personable, likable, and has a great personality. She was responsive and always made us feel important and cared for. I would highly recommend her.
The only (very small) issue we had was when the photo album came back to us, a couple of pictures were not centered and the organization wasn't exactly how we would have chosen. But we were given digital copies of all the pictures to print what we wanted however we wanted, and this really isn't something that should deter anyone from enlisting her services. Very happy with her overall.
