What do you love most about your job?
When my clients tell me that they no longer feel anxious at times when they used to, or when they trust themselves for the first time; when they share how the panic they used to wake up with daily has disappeared, or they don't even recognize the woman they used to be, that's what fuels my passion for the work that I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was so frustrated with my own experience with therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists, and the system I was working in as a practitioner, that I knew there was a better, easier, less painful way to get through to the other side of anxiety into wellness, that's when I started my own practice almost 10 years ago. I had been working in a non-profit counselling agency with women who'd experienced trauma, for 9 years and knew it could be different. And I was right...

Clients choose me because they've tried working with other practitioners and didn't feel a connection to the person. They want to feel heard, and seen, in totality as a whole being, instead of what the initial problem is. Clients choose me because they are open, willing to make change even if it's uncomfortable, and can recognize that they are the one's who create the change. They choose me because I get it, I've been there, I've come out the other side, and they know I can lead them through too.
