I took Kim’s Wednesday, 6:30 class for the second time at North Andover Common. I usually do not stay consistent with group workouts because they can be intimidating, but Kim is the best! She provides a challenging, yet achievable workout for those of us who are not super athletic. Kim is positive and encouraging and meets you where you’re at in your fitness journey. I help clients achieve their goals by listening to them and finding out what his/her priorities are. Also, I ask questions to uncover what he/she enjoys about exercise and how together we can make the workout enjoyable. Every two months we evaluate the clients goals and discuss what is or is not working.

Accepting that it is not what your body looks like, but how you feel on the inside. Also, understanding that exercise is to help build up your strength mentally and physically so that as you age you are able to complete your daily living activities.

Helping people realize they are stronger than they look and braver than they think

I want to reach people who are intimidated by the gym or need accountability to reach stay healthy. I love seeing the smile on a clients face when they lift heavier and/or are able to accomplish physical activities that he/she hasn't been able to in the past.

I make exercise fun!!! I understand people's fear, concern and limitations when it comes to exercise. I motivate people in a positive way to achieve physical goals they never thought possible.
