I am a ACSM- certified personal trainer. I am thrilled to be following my passion and helping people lead healthier lives. As a former college athlete and two-time Boston Marathon finisher, I have always had a passion for health and fitness.
For the past year and a half, I have been training clients in his/her home and am looking to add more clients to my schedule. I am happy to provide one on one or small group training in your home geared towards your goals.
I work with all ages and will gear the workouts to meet your goals. I have many ways to modify your workout if you have any injuries or pain. My first session is a consultation and is free. I look forward to hearing from you!
