Moira is amazing! My husband was traveling to Japan for business in early June and we decided since it was such a wonderful opportunity, our daughter (13 year old) and I should go with him. While he was working in one town, my daughter and I wanted to see Tokyo and Kyoto. With about 5 days notice, Moira set us up with some wonderful hotels and amazing tours. She also gave invaluable advise on setting up rail passes before we left and many other helpful tips. We had an extraordinary trip. Talk about EASY! Anna and Erin took all of the guessing out of our planning. With my husband and I both business owners, we needed all the help we could get. We literally just provided them with our names, and payment information and the rest was MAGIC! I will never book without a travel agent again.
