As a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I provide a wide range of services to help individuals, families and organizations achieve their wellness goals. I am not a fitness trainer or exercise guru. I am your partner in learning about making lifestyle changes to improve your overall health and quality of life as you age.

This is not a "diet", or a program to lose weight. It is an education on making permanent positive changes to your Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude & Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). You will learn how to make real changes now that will help you maintain your health in the future.

Individual and group lessons are available. In person or online.

WEDDING OFFICIANT

Looking for an option to the traditional church wedding? A wedding officiant is your answer. My guiding practice is that it’s all about the couple; Your Wedding , Your Way.

I’m happy to be as involved or uninvolved in the planning process for your ceremony as you like. Do you want a traditional event of formal pomp and circumstance? I will break out the suit and bow tie. Do you want a touching, funny recounting of how you fell in love? I’ll get everyone laughing and crying together. Want a Vulcan wedding? I will get out my Starfleet uniform and put on my pointy ears. Throw your ideas at me and lets see what we can make of your ceremony.

If you want, I’m happy to work with you to put together a ceremony or you can tell me to jump and I’ll just ask “how high?” At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is doing whatever you want, however you want it and doing my part in an event that you’ll remember fondly forever.

I typically do not book ceremonies more than a month out, due to changing work schedules. So, I guess last minute nuptials are my specialty.

Prices are negotiable and vary by type of event, location and travel time.
