I 100% recommend Phil. The one and only wedding photographer to book, in my opinion. SO professional, such a hard worker, so kind, sweet and funny. A delight to have present at our wedding. Goes out of his way to be a friend, an adviser and doesn't in any way impose on your important day - simply enhances the atmosphere. His website is an example of what you would be investing in. He pays attention to detail, is clear and concise with communication and is fast and efficient with correspondence. A thorough and diligent gent. Will not let you down. Oh Wow! What can we say. Phil is an absolute super star and exceptional photographer. He is such a charming and lovely gent and made us feel completely at ease all day. We are so happy we chose Phil as our wedding photographer, couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the final result. Phil was absolutely fantastic throughout the build up to the wedding and on the day. He was always on hand for any questions during the lead up and he was open and enthusiastic to every idea and suggestion we had, he really put us at ease and we were very happy to give him artistic licence to shoot the day as he saw fit, knowing that he would also get the shots that we wanted. On the day he struck the perfect balance between being a fly on the wall and directing people to get the best light etc., everyone commented on how good he was and how he put everyone at ease. He even managed to help keep us on schedule in the morning when chaos reigned and nobody in the family was looking at the clock! Have just received our wedding photographs from Phil, and we're both stunned. He captured so many wonderful moments from our day, it was like reliving it over again. We will treasure them. One word - WOW. From the first contact, Phil was so lovely and reassuring and had no issues answering the tonne of questions we had. He was BRILLIANT on the day. We booked Phil for our wedding in September and we could not be happier with our photographs. Phil was fantastic from the day I went to meet him, he put me completely at ease and I just knew that he would get exactly what we wanted and we most certainly were not disappointed. Phil just made everything so easy. He was at our reception venue the day before the wedding to see where he would get the best shots. When he arrived at my parents house that morning he just blended right in! I actually think he was there a while before I even noticed him. He’s such a relaxed energy on a crazy morning! He wasn’t making us pose for photos or anything he just let us do what we were doing and worked away in the background.We had such a laugh with him taking our pics at our venue. It felt like we had asked a friend to do our pictures. The time went spent out on the grounds flew by, we laughed through it all and our pics are so relaxed which is exactly what we wanted. I’m currently trying to chose the pictures for our album and Having a hard time as I love them all so much. Best experience we could have asked for, couldn't recommend Give Us a Goo any higher!Phil was the photographer for our Wedding at Barberstown Castle in August 2018. Far from just turning up and taking photos on the day, Phil guided us through the experience from start to finish with assurance and a smile. Phil was accommodating in meeting up with us in advance, as we live in London. He provided endless nuggets of advice both in advance and on our wedding day.On the day Phil did a fantastic job at corralling the bridal party, family and friends around the various locations, without being at all pushy. He also as an incredible memory for people's names.Phil's eye for a beautiful natural shot is fantastic and he provided a great balance between this and the more traditional shots.Overall we really felt that Phil captured the spirit of the day.All of our guests commented on how great they thought Phil was and how much they loved the photos.
