Avoid! Failed to show or give any kind of communication that he wasn't going to make it. An awful communicator whose mannerism on the phone set the tone for what was to follow.
Confirmed that he would be there in the afternoon by text then failed to give any notice that he would not show. Left me without heating in negative temperatures. Would have had no problem if he said he wasn't available but instead greedily accepted work which I can only presume he had no intention of showing up for. There are plenty of plumbers in the area without having to resort to this guy. I can see from other reviews this is not the first time either.
