Kieran was the wedding planner for my wedding back in may this year. Having been let down by a wedding planner, my wife's mum found and contacted Kieran. We instantly had a great feeling about him as he's very friendly, outgoing and knows exactly what he's talking about. Kieran had useful contacts and offered to help look for things for us as well. He always kept in contact with us throughout and we met up at our venue with him on a couple of occasions. Kieran helped us set up for the venue the day before which was really helpful and kind. My wife described him as like superman on the wedding day! He was very organised, knew everything that was going on, and had sorted it before we even knew there was a problem. There was an issue with my wife being late for my ceremony - and due to our registrars having another booking a stupidly short time after ours, Kieran made absolutely sure they didn't leave and literally ensured the ceremony still went ahead. His experience within events and him as a brilliant and outgoing organised person made the day run very smoothly. Kieran organised my family birthday party (50, 21, 18, 16, 13), we wanted something special and that’s exactly what he gave us. A Masquerade Ball in the perfect venue. He delt with every little detail so I could come straight from a 3 week holiday and walk into the party stress free. It was an amazing evening and enjoyed by all. Kieran planned the most amazing Masquerade Ball for a joint family birthday party (50,21,18,16,13). He understood exactly what I wanted and found the perfect venue to host the party. He organised every little detail of the party so that I could just walk in without any stress (I actually came back from a 3 week holiday straight to the party next day)!! Absolutely amazing evening, everyone had a fabulous time. He kept me informed at all times, and if I had any extra requests he was able to deal with it straight away. I can't put into enough words how amazing Kieran was at my wedding back in May 2018! After being let down by a wedding planner, my mum found and contacted Keiran for my online and my husband and I met up with him. I instantly had s great feeling about him as he's very friendly, outgoing and knows exactly what he's talking about. Keiran had contacts and offered to help look for things for us as well. I love to help people tell their stories, be it their special Wedding day, a birthday party or celebrating the success of their business.

Working with clients to help them achieve their vision and seeing their faces light up gives me the satisfaction that I've done my job well.

Anyone who knows me well enough, knows that it doesn’t take me too long to bring up my love for all things Disney. I’m never happier then when I’m planning my next holiday to a Disney Park somewhere in the world. So far, I’ve been to parks in Florida, California and Paris (and spent my honeymoon aboard the Disney Fantasy in the Caribbean). I still have yet to visit the parks in Asia, so currently planning a visit to Japan, Hong Kong and China to complete the set.

While I love nothing more than relaxing my way down Main Street USA, it’s had a profound effect on my professional life. You see, my first ever trip to Walt Disney World was the inspiration behind why I wanted to work in the events industry.

It was 2002, during “100 Years of Magic” — a celebration of Walt Disney’s 100th birthday. The resort was celebrating the legacy of Walt Disney and his films, and his vision for the parks. I was inspired from the get go by the sheer scale and size of the resort, but also the attention to detail, every facet is planned out and executed to such a high level. I was hooked and wanted to know more about how and why he was so driven to create “The Happiest Place on Earth”.

I spent many hours researching behind the scenes of the resorts, the creative process of the people who bring the attractions, parade and shows to life. I read books about “The Disney Difference” — the way Disney pioneered its world-renowned customer service.

I could go on and on. Nobody does it like Disney, and this inspired me. I wanted to bring the “magic” to life anyway that I could, so found myself gravitating towards the live event industry.

I love nothing more than watching people’s expressions as they experience an event in person; the way people’s eyes light up when they first walk into a room and see the set, stage and lighting. I love the way music can bring back memories and emotions for people, or when guests watch the opening video (or in Disney Speak the Pre-Show) and get inspired for the day ahead.

These are all skills and things that the Disney Parks do on a daily basis, and the inspiration I use to help ensure that all the events I work on are as impactful as possible, for my clients, and for the guests of the event.

It may sound cliche, but I have a passion for live events. I love nothing more than designing tables centres, booking entertainment or getting stuck into a lighting and video technical production plan.

I believe in the age old adage of doing what you love, and I'm very fortunate to be able to do so, and that's to help bring peoples stories to life through unique experiences.
