Came on Tuesday when it was heaving and the staff were so good. The boy at reception, Kye I think, dealt with the masses on people that were coming in extremely well. The rest of the staff made sure that service was quick and clean and they did not show that they were at all stressed. Came to Kidz about today (29/05/19) WOW!! Absolutely amazing place. Very reasonably priced entry - if you text PLAY to 88440 you get 1 adult in for free. Plenty of seating, including settee’s for comfort. Clean, tidy and spacious surroundings, with adult & children’s food freshly prepared. Separate baby and toddler area, which is ideal and safer for the younger ones. Needed to see the first aider whilst there as my youngest boy got a friction burn on his finger (his own fault) but the lady who helped him was brilliant, reassuring and caring. She gave him some safety tips for the slide again, and off he went. Wonderful visit, well-mannered staff, but most of all, the kids loved it and would definitely go back again. 5 star to Dan who was our party host today - he was polite, helpful and had a friendly attitude. Thanks for helping make my son’s birthday party go so smoothly today as it meant we got to enjoy the party and chat to our party guests rather than worrying about things which has been the case at previous parties we have had elsewhere in the past.

We have just attended a party at Kidz About. Lots of staff on. Everywhere was very clean with staff doing more cleaning. I bought a coffee. Was served quickly and politely. The toilets were well laid out and clean. The children's party food all looked freshly cooked and hot. The climbing frame area has lots of variety within it and high head clearance for adults most of the way around which makes a welcome change! There is a completely separate area for little ones and babies. It is a large space so I think if busy it will be quite hard to keep track of children of different ages. Already gone and put a review on trip Advisor as well but I know that that takes longer to process!! Went to Kidz About again today. It was amazing. They had a fancy new coffee machine in that sped up the queues for coffee immensely. The coffee were absolutely fabulous as well and the two girls doing coffees (Keely and Sam I think. I only know their names because they were working so well together and were obviously very happy and bubbly people and made the waiting a lot less awkward for both customers and staff that were there as they were very chatty with the customers) were absolutely amazing and if they were new to the coffee machine did not show it at all. Amazing place!!! Great place to take the kids when they need to get rid of some energy. Came at about 3:30 so not too busy for a school holiday and the girl Sam on reception was absolutely amazing, managing to put up with my terrible trio, one of whom was my four year old daughter who I guess managed to pester Sams name out of her. Highly recommend coming here!! By far the best soft play in Swindon! My son comes here a lot and loves it. There’s a great range as well so he doesn’t get bored at all. . hours go by that feels like minutes! Loads of credit to the staff who appeared very efficient and smiley which is a great example for the kids! Would like to thank Julie and Georgie as despite being a busy Sunday they had time to make us feel welcome and my Son is already asking to come and see them again! Good work all! See you soon!
