My 8 year old son and I have just completed our course of appointments with the lovely niamh! We seeked out a childrens dietitian after my son was struggling with his weight gain. the doctor advised if he didnt stop gaining weight it is likely he will develop type 2 diabetes. I didnt want to go to just anyone!! My son loved niamh and the difference is incredible. as niamh explained, at such a young age we dont want my son necessarily losing weight but his relationship with food has completely changed, its incredible. we now only have healthy meals which are easy and affordable. its really changed my sons life - and my whole family's (ive even lost weight too!!) thank you so much :) More...
