The biggest beef I have with places like 9 Rounds and Cross Fit is that they spend no time teaching you technique. At KickBox-SuperFIT you get expert, personalized instruction from a five time world champion, and it makes a huge difference, let me tell you, not only from an efficiency of workout standpoint, but also from the standpoint of someone who can feel confident about defending themselves. Try this, it is fantastic.
