What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide B2B bookkeeping and QuickBooks services. We partner and support local CPAs and EAs to complete bookkeeping for clients, and we also provide services for small business owners using QuickBooks software.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
An accountant or bookkeeper can make or break a company. Having mushy data can hobble your decision-making abilities. With good data, you can make good decisions, and to have good data you typically need to either be a great DIY bookkeeper, or you need to find one who can support your books by offering reconciliations of your data, or who can complete your books for you.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with small businesses, hands down. Being able to work with our clients for years means we get to see them grow, and that is a great reward for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a need for a bookkeeping service that really worked hard for their clients, and which really worked to continue their education, and to provide professional-level bookkeeping services. Out of that came our partnership with Intuit as a Premier Reseller (100K Club since 2016), and our President is a member of the Intuit Trainer Writer Network.

Monthly or Quarterly Bookkeeping
We verify or enter data for the period, reconcile accounts, enter adjusting/closing entries, and send you and/or your accountant a copy of the reports produced.
QuickBooks Training
We set up a series of sessions, typically lasting 1 hr each, over the course of a few to several weeks. We start with a walk through, and then follow up with reinforcement training and Q&A.
QuickBooks Enterprise Implementation
We set up your QuickBooks Enterprise environment according to an outlined SOW. We have set deliverables and go live, and you are paired with an Enterprise Specialist from our team who follows your project until your team is up and running.
QuickBooks Online Set Up
