From the moment I met Sabrina she has been there for me all the time, even when on holiday she would phone to see if my carer had reminded me to take my medication, as many times I think I have taken them but have put them down somewhere else .
I could not have survived without her, not only with shopping but each day she comes in and keeps in a different room to me and disinfects her way out, I feel safe in her hands she can also be very funny and cheer s me up when I feel down.

I have had 3 different company's and nothing but trouble and problems, until Sabrina came to see me she told me that she would put all that to an end, and how happy i am i have Juliet comes to me in the mornings she is fantastic I feel so much happier knowing that i can talk to Sabrina and Juliet between them my life is so much better pity there is only 5 stars I rate it ten star

I find this company extremely well run with great standards and outstanding quality of care and support towards the service users.
I’ve been working for this company for approximately 9 months,and I wouldn’t even consider moving elsewhere. The owner is amazing who treats her staff with great respect and will do anything to make sure that we are all happy. Very well and organised company,fantastic carers, amazing service user! My sister has been with this company for 4 years, and I’ve never known so much love, respect, trust and kindness from Sabrina.
She is outstanding with my sister, the bond and love between them Oozes out of them. I feel very at ease knowing my sister is looked after extremely well and safe when she’s out. A very respectable company with a great positive attitude who will go above and beyond there care of duty! Thank you so much for everything you do and done for my sister.

I have used Khayal Care services for 2 years now.Sabrina has been very good to me and has gone out of her way to make sure that I’m alright, even visiting me out of hour times. She is very caring and nothing is to much trouble for her. I am also very well looked after by my 2 carers Joseph and Ulu. Been with this company has helped my mental health such a lot. Had a deep clean 5 staff came in at 4pm finished at 10pm, couldn’t believe how spotless my house was, very professional, very respectful, very good at cleaning, very impressed.
We have a member of the team coming in every week doing the cleaning. She’s lovely and gets on with it. Thanks to this company our house is clutter free and very clean. Thank you katie and all of you that cleaned my home

I was looking for a care company that stood out, and could make a difference to my dads life as he’s getting on and suffers with depression and anxiety to take him out in the community. This company was mentioned and was spoken highly of. Gave it a shot, and we are all happy as my dad is getting out of his depression slowly but surely he’s a lot talkative, looks forward going out every week with his Carer, he’s drinking and eating a lot better.
