Before we begin any project, we sit down with any potential client and understand what the fundamental business objective they are trying to achieve with their marketing initiatives.
From there, we refine the most compelling storylines and creative assets that can be used in targeted marketing campaigns with clear objectives.
While we love being involved in the whole process, we are also happy to fill the gaps within a business' organization.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Here is a sample of questions we first ask clients as we get to know them:
What are the current pain points/limiting factors for your business in terms of your social/digital marketing efforts?
What business problem are those marketing efforts trying to solve? (Ex Awareness, Conversion, Reselling, etc.)
Is this a one time project or are you looking for on-going support?
What timeline do you have in mind of when you'd be interested in starting and when you'd want to see results by?
What's the allocated budget that you have for your marketing initiatives?

What inspired you to start your own business?
We found that agencies were offering ego trips, not quality solutions, and produced pretty content with lackluster results. We created Khaos to see a marketing agency that puts the client’s needs ahead of the director’s fantasies. We are proudly a team that uses stories to shape campaigns and we let our results speak for themselves.
