What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new people, entrepreneurs who have a great idea and want to share their passion for it. Hearing their stories about how they came up with their ideas, and the ambitions they have for growth is inspiring. We want to surround ourselves with more of these positive people, making their goals our own, helping them to achieve their ambitions. Nothing makes you feel more alive than tackling a challenge that others shy away from.
We love the challenge of figuring out what convinces a customer to buy your product or service instead of your customers. Understanding what motivates people to behave the way that they do is fascinating. Gathering insight gives us the opportunity to talk with new people every day. The world is full of wonderful stories, people who go up against all odds and overcome challenges to build their dreams. We love discovering what makes them successful in their role, helping them to achieve the success they desire.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband battled alcoholism. During his illness, I needed flexible working so I could care for our small children and him at the same time - while paying the bills. I was working for Vodafone at the time and made the decision to become self-employed, for flexibility.
My husband passed away. Now I am building my own business to show my children what you can achieve if you have passion, a plan, determination, and a really good strategy. Nothing can hold you back - nothing except your belief in yourself.
