Kylie is an angel sent by the gods...possibly a Valkyrie, I'm not sure. She has been utterly amazing to work with and has really sorted out my accounts and finances for my business. I have no head for numbers at all, and I'm terrible with money. She's been nothing but supportive, with regular Skype calls to discuss progress and sales forecasts, and endless patience when it comes to answering my (constant!) questions. Kylie's really kicked me into touch, making me realise exactly where I was going wrong and cutting out all my non-vital expenses. Highly recommended. Kylie is amazing and really puts you at ease. I’ve been self employed for quite a few years and every January I had the usual panic over tax returns. However this year it was all submitted in plenty of time. Kylie took the time to meet with me, explain everything in fine detail and for the first time I actually understood what was being said and understood the documents I was sent. We couldn't recommend Kylie more! I had the same accountant for years and following growth in my business, I knew I needed someone new to help take the next step (as well as register us for VAT). Not only has Kylie completely transformed my accounting, she has played a MASSIVE part in helping us through a painful mortgage application. She has taken time out of her day on multiple occasions to visit us at home when paperwork needed sorting and even spent time out during a recent holiday to help get documents I needed for the bank.

Not only this, but Kylie has been happy to sit down with us, and explain (in simple terms), accounting terms and processes I was previously baffled by. My previous accountant left me feeling embarrassed to ask if I didn't understand.

Rachel and I have known Kylie for a while now through her networking group but this April we moved over to KFH for Kylie to take over our accounts. It's been the best thing we did in terms of accounting as it wasn't our strongest point! I approached Kylie after have a complete nightmare with my previous accountant, my accounts were completely wrong and in a complete mess. i rang Kylie who provided sound advice from the initial phone call (bearing in mind she had nothing to gain at this point) after ending that phone call and realising that she has helped me more in 20mins then my previous accountant had in 6 months i decided to switch over.
