I wanted to use a local company to fix my problematic alarm ( or remove it if necessary) at very short notice. Having never been to their business before and in obviously distressed state, Dave and the engineer Martin could not have been more helpful or down to earth. I was called back when they said they would and the engineer gave me a 30min 'heads up' of arrival as requested so i could still go to work that day.
