I have been using this facility for a while now, the place is spotless and the staff are so very helpful. I drop off sometimes huge loads of washing and drying and everything is always folded properly and dried to the care instructions, as is the washing. There are so many different fabrics and so many different washing instructions these days but I have never had a problem. Also if I not sure or an item needs special care for example my heated throws need air drying they accommodate that also. Simply a good old fashioned service. Amazing ! More...

Went in to do a few self-service washes and I never thought I'd give a launderette five stars but here we are. Super helpful staff helped us launderette rookies out, the place itself was really nice, and pretty quick but thorough wash (same washing at home would've taken us over a day with how much we had vs like just half an hour in their shop)

I had three suit and a dress dry cleaned. This place is highly recommended on service, honesty and Customer approach. The items came back beauifully cleaned and pressed. They had been woren at a wedding and on collection I was handed the contents of one of the pockets - £65! This shows the integrity of this business as we had no knowledge of this money whereabouts. After trying to find a launderette close to whichurch i googled launderettes & this one came up in keynesham it was easy to find & easy & free to park in the carpark. I entered the launderette & was very pleased with what i saw everything was bright & clean & smelt fresh & there was sofas to sit & wait on & books & magazines to read there was also puzzles & kids books & kids toys & coffee & tea making facilities. I had never been to this launderette before so i was unsure on how to use the machines but the staff was so friendly & helpfull & helped me i would recomend this launderette to everyone to use & i will be using it again myself in the future.
