Best locksmith in town. They saved me a fortune. I was shopping around for opening my filing cabinet as I lost the key during the move. Quotes started from £150 to break in in the filling cabinet. Called keyhole kate guys, they advised me to go around with filing cabinet number and they will cut a new key. Cost me less than a tenner. Brilliant service! Thank you guys. Def won a loyal customer. Needed a new cylinder fitted urgently contacted keyhole Kate's to see if they could fit me in . person who answered my call was very professional and helpful.
Engineer came within a 2 hour time slot and carried out lock cylinder replacement promptly.
I would highly recommend this company if you ever find yourself in need of a friendly professional, locksmith.

As Dominykas Linge thought it necessary to mention the colour of one of Keyhole Kate's operative's, I thought I'd continue in the same vein. I needed 8 window handles supplied and fitted as I'd lost the keys. A white locksmith quoted me £250. A pakistani locksmith quoted £119.00 - which I thought was reasonable. Then I telephoned Keyhole Kate's to find out how much they would charge. I spoke with Graham, a black MAN, yes MAN not an alien who advised me not to go through all that trouble and expense of changing the locks. He advised me just to take photos of the window locks and bring them to him as he was pretty sure he would have keys that fitted. He also advised me of the other option which was to pay a £50.00 refundable deposit and take away a huge bunch of around 50 keys to try. I did both, and sure enough I found all the keys I needed, supplied immediately at a cost of only £27.00. Finally I have been able to open windows, some of whom have been locked for years! I found Graham and his dad (yes another black man) to be extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. I also left my car remote with Graham as it's playing up, so he can see if it needs re-programming or re-casing. I think the negative reviews I have read are totally unjust and uncalled for. They actually leave a very sour taste in my mouth and make me wonder (not much though if I'm honest) what the real problem Dominykas and Alexander the other poor reviewer had with these excellent guys at Keyhole Kate's. Door lock playing up, nothing urgent but locksmith turned up within 30 mins of call. I was advised on phone that visit would be £60 plus cost of any parts, so I was free to go elsewhere if I didn't like price. Locksmith knew his stuff and immediately identified problem and quickly repaired. I have no issue recommending Keyhole Kate's. More...
