Had two agents selling the property, Key Property Consultants (not being the local agent) still found a buyer within one week of the property going on the market. Moving into our present property was very fast and hassle free thanks to the help of Daniel Lawrence of key property consultants. He was there at every phone call, viewing and arranging for us to meet Key Location property manager who took over with the necessary paperwork and referencing. The only misunderstanding we had was we thought the holding deposit included in the fee of Key Property Consultants will be deducted when paying the rent. But we were told that was not the case.
