Great service in an emergency! - highly skilled, Yassin arrived with the correct part for my boiler and has very open and helpful presentation as he did the job quickly - with thorough testing - at the right price. I will use him again when I install a Hive/Nest remote system for the boiler. Update to this review 6 months later: today the boiler wasn't working and was displaying a fault message - after sending him a whatsapp image of the boiler display Yassin talked me through a reset procedure for the boiler over the phone that solved the problem - FREE OF CHARGE - and this wasn't easily researchable, it was professional expertise given freely! Reliable and professional We were desperate after another company cancelled last minute on our emergency call. We have two small children at home and no heating with freezing cold outside. When I contacted Kew gas I was called back immediately and given an accurate timeframe on when the engineer would be able to come. Yassin is the owner of Kew Gas and he is running his company as a true director should. He is reliable and very trustworthy as well as super knowledgeable when it comes to gas works or plumbing. He is very thorough and the impossible doesn’t exist for him. He takes every job very seriously and delivers an exceptional service for a very very reasonable price. A truly rare find in London. IV had about three défirent companies looking at my hot water cylinder problem but none of them managed to fix it.I called Kew gas boiler repair and they have been amazing. Yassin was Superb! My boiler went down on Christmas Eve, and I needed a new one installed immediately for obvious reasons! Yassin came down and worked until late to get the job done. His manner throughout was reassuring in coming across as very calm, assured and knowledgeable. Throughout the process he kept me updated of progress. Yassin arrived promptly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed why the boiler would not start and told me that a new control board was required. He came back again the day after the new part was delivered after phoning me twice to update me on his time of arrival. When he had fitted the new part the boiler started so the problem was solved. Yassin checked that the boiler was working efficiently both when I ran hot water and also when the radiators were on and he adjusted the settings accordingly.
